1. Use

Waterproofing junction box is mainly applicable to indoor and outdoor electrical, communication, fire fighting equipment, steel smelting, petrochemical, electronics, electric power, railway, construction sites, mines, mining fields, airports, hotels, ships, large factories, coastal factories, unloading terminals, sewage treatment facilities and rings. Environmental pollution facilities and so on.

2. Material

Thermoplastic ABS or (PC) polycarbonate, or can be selected according to customer requirements, can be customized for fuel resistance, anti ultraviolet materials, transparent and opaque cover in two forms (material without corrosion, antistatic, insulation good)

3. Box thickness

The average thickness of the box body is 3mm, the thickness of the important parts is strengthened (no deformation), the impact strength is IK07 (press unbroken)

4. Waterproof performance

Waterproof, protection level up to IP66.

5. Certification

The product is certified by CE, and IP66 is certified for waterproofing. Materials can be made (environmental protection, flame retardant).

6. According to the way of loading

1.Inside the inside of the box - the inside of the box has a protruding platform for a circuit board or a DIN track element, and a copper connection nut (with two very conventional M4 nuts inside each waterproof box).

2. External loading - can be fixed to the wall directly through the installation holes of the lower part of the box body (through the four corners of the box, fixed to the wall or board directly with screws or nails.)

7. Import and export line hole

the waterproof box can open the hole with the customer's requirements at will. (the position of the opening and opening of the hole can be processed according to the customer's specified requirement.) After opening, it can be equipped with matching waterproof and clamped joints to achieve good waterproof effect. (for detailed steps, please refer to the picture below)

8. The service life of the waterproof box

The conventional material is usually around 5 years or so, if the material is added to the flame retardant and antiaging agent [the antioxidant life can reach 10 years. Thermal deformation temperature: -40~~85 degree.
